Johanna at check in was amazing. There was an issue with the booking to begin with, but her professionalism was wonderful and she sorted the matter within minutes. She arranged for us to have a late check out on the Sunday. We had breakfast on the Sunday morning and the choice was excellent. Lovely hotel. Excellent Concierge, all round would highly recommend.
