This is a great location, fabulous, friendly and helpful staff. This is near several U-Bahn stations, The room was great, with enough space to relax. The bed was very comfortable.

My husband had work to do one night and the internet was not working and at times throughout the week, the internet was spotty and we had to go out to get a signal.

The hotel itself is beautiful with a very chic bar. Staff was always friendly and willing to help. Room was standard but very clean. Only complaint was the a/c is not strong. Almost ok existent but we opened a window and survived. Great location near lots of places of interest.

The rooms was dated, particularly the bathroom. The bed base made very loud creaking noises whenever I got on or off it, or moved around in it. The ‘VIP room upgrade’ was simply moving me from a street side room to a ‘courtyard’ side room. Both rooms exactly the same. They do charge a bit more for a courtyard side room but this looks very much like a made up room category in order to ‘game’ the Expedia VIP programme and be able to say they have given an upgrade when really they haven’t. Other hotels I’ve stated in give a genuine upgrade. The courtyard was nothing special and half my view was a blank white wall. And the windows didn’t open. So quite claustrophobic. Made worse by the fact the room was overheated when I arrived - thermostat set at 25 and it felt hotter than that. As I couldn’t open the windows I had to go out for two hours while the room cooled down.
