"The best hotel ever! Staff is wonderful! We were here for an extended amount of time. The staff was beyond kind and considerate. Showed such kindness and patience with my four-year-old daughter. I really really can't say enough great things about them. Or the hotel. Room was clean everything works. And when my remote didn't work anymore they came in and took the time to get it reconnected right away. I thank them so much"

"This hotel was very underwhelming. I've stayed at other hotels for the same price or less and have had much better experiences. This hotel is in need of an upgrade. The room wasn't as clean as I would expect. The breakfast left much to be desired. Staff wasn't rude or mean, but wasn't overly friendly either. Going forward, when we stay in the Minneapolis/st paul area I will avoid this hotel."

"We specifically chose this hotel for the pool and hot tub. When we checked in Friday night the front desk, Attendance explained to us that the hot tub was out of service because it had just been shocked. She explained that it would be open tomorrow. On Saturday when we went to use it it was still out of order. So our entire weekend we were unable to use it."
