"Definitely not the safest area of town but not the worst either. Parking was secure which was good. Place is rundown and room was in need of serious deep clean in bathroom. When plugging in a charger, found garbage behind the bed. Beds on the other hand were great, very comfortable and clean. Could not control the temperature in the room with the thermostat, was so warm we had to turn on the a/c which while noisy worked great. "

"Room was clean, housekeeping responsive with towels blankets pillows. Had room service but was dinner not breakfast. Did not try hot tub nor did I have a jetted tub. Please note that you may want to ask this location to make sure you do not have a room with mixed up TV channels as the guide is inaccurate and there were only 2 basic channels with tons of commercials. So may want to ask and think about this one if you have kids. We had a double queen with balcony. "

"For $200+ a night, I expected more. The room itself was good, but the rest of the property is run down and "tired", in need up renovation. From the filthy parking lot, to the lobby to the dingy elevators, everything looks dirty and used. Although I put the "Please service my room" sign on the door in the morning when we left for the day, our room was never cleaned. They only swapped out clean towels. Pretty poor service from this level of a hotel."
