"I never stayed here before but it is amazing! So clean, starbucks in the lobby. Valet parking, and they are wonderful. The room was so clean, spacious and what a view of the harbour from the 14th floor. The staff is so wonderful and courteous, fast and friendly. Best hotel ive stayed in in a while"

"Hotel areas and room were very clean. Breakfast buffet was good. Early check in was denied at 2.15pm. Check in lady said that room was not ready. Given the " not many people showed up at breakfast" thinking it cant be that hard to have a room ready st 2.15pm. Just my thoughts. "
