"We arrived early for check in and were given our room right away. They even upgraded our room which we loved! Joo Lee at check in was very nice and helpful, the ladies that cleaned the rooms were super friendly. For an older hotel it was very clean and welcoming. All the flowers in the gardens were beautiful. Nice and close to the city centre for shopping and restaurants "

"After the check in process took over 10 minutes, one of the valet people came over to me while I was unpacking bags (with two kids under 2) asking me to move my vehicle as I had taken up the spot for more than the allowed 10 minutes. I asked him to recognize the situation before requesting I move the car, to which he said “we can’t have you parking here longer than you have - you must move”. Incredibly shocked by this interaction, I told the front desk immediately. The valet person was “talked to”. "

"Good Price, not chic and not a fancy area but clean rooms with fridge and microwave and the bus stop is only a 1 minute walk away. The bus takes you to downtown in like 5 minutes. Would recommend. "
