Nice room! Very clean and a good size. You had to go and get tableware (glasses, plates, cutlery etc.) and an iron from reception as they were not already in the room, but all were available. Overall a very nice stay!

A clean and modern hotel. Rooms on the small side by western standards, but typical by Japanese standards.
Classed as a residential hotel so it's more of a small flat than a hotel as such.
Kitchen with microwave, hob, sink, and fridge freezer. Washing machine, but no dryer.
Clean towels daily if required.
The best part were the lovely comfortable beds, all the hotels so far on my trip have been firm, not here, a nice medium memory foam mattress was very welcome and I had 2 nights good...

Not very convenient location. Need to use bus or taxi to go to somewhere so that you might face some difficulties if you are not used to use Japanese transportation system.
