"We stayed in the triple bed room and it was spacious and comfortable. The check in process was a bit tedious as we were not provided the information needed, ahead of time. There is no front desk or staff present, we had to call an operator for the information. Otherwise, check in wasn’t too bad. Each person had an amenity kit and pair of slippers waiting. "This is NOT a place for you if hygiene is important!! The hygiene is not up to standard and not for Japan. It feels the management have tried to cut operation costs and hygiene has been sacrificed. "I had a great experience here during my stay in Fukuoka. It's located just a few blocks from Hakata station, and a short walking distance from some great shopping and dining at Canal City. "The hotel counter had a convenient luggage storage area, and one of the staff spoke decent English, making check-in smooth. The room was small, and the bed was tiny; it was quite cramped for two adults. Our family of four split into two rooms, which was more comfortable. The hotel's location is very convenient; Hakata Station, Ichiran Ramen, a drugstore, and a convenience store are all within a five-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Fukuoka. The only downside is that the hotel breakfast remains unchanged, so I won't be spending extra money on it."
