"設施比較舊， 客房職員友善 反而前枱對顧客要求比較被動 留宿當天原只要求加一個枕頭袋及額外付費買小童早餐 初時說不能安排 支吾其詞最后有提供床墊及枕頭套 到第二天沒有準備正式一份早餐給小朋友，但可以吃其他半自助式食物 在沒有告知金額下，退房時收取額外床鋪及早餐費用 "

"The Hinanosato was renovated about 6-8 years ago and it is an amazing place to stay - the decor is heavy on 60's themes which gives it a mellow / laid back feel. The staff are great, the breakfasts were wonderful and our room had a spectacular view of the Mikuma river. Parking on site is very limited but they have a couple parking lots nearby that can be used. Highly recommend this hotel!"
