"At first glance, we were thrilled when we arrived. The place looked comfortable, the ambience was nice, & the staff was helpful. We checked into our room, which was very nice--a view, a deck (we were on a premium floor).
But things started to take a turn for the worse. The pool was closed, the outdoor areas inaccessible. We complained, & after a day, they opened for us the 24" shallow pool, which got us wet, but it was not what we bargained for, that's for sure. All of the outdoor facilities...

"There’s a free transport in the morning fr the hotel to the domestic terminal so that’s great. The public bath was very clean and there are 4 laundry and drying machines that are convenient. Only reason why I gave less stars is cos the beddings were not very clean. Otherwise all good and will stay again if I have an early flight. "
