We recently stayed at Hotel Nalanda and honestly it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The rooms were excellent spacious comfortable and maintained to a very high standard. The staff were excellent and the breakfast buffet was amazing. The check process was slightly long due to national regulations but the team did a great job.

Not the biggest 5 star hotel in Ahmedabad but the best in terms of customer service. The service you receive from reception to restaurant to conceige is A1. Hyatt and Novotel might have more facilities but I prefer this hotel just cos they treat you as a valuable guest.

Mattresses were not great at all It was too weared out

Our experience during the stay at the hotel was very comfortable, very good breakfast with so many items on board. Staff , and Managers had been very friendly, and caring. The security at the hotel was excellent. concierge services very good as had all the information we asked for.

I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights in September 2016 and the hotel is very good. The staff are very polite and helpful. I would definitely come back to stay at this hotel. The hotel rooms are cleaned everyday. The location is perfect too. There is a big supermarket next to the hotel and this is very handy. Every morning the breakfast was amazing as well. If you want to eat dinner or lunch at the restaurant in the hotel make sure you place your order in advance! We had to wait nearly 45 minutes...

The hotel ambience was nice. The bed was comfortable. The pool was good and fitness centre was clean with good equipment. The breakfast was wonderful with a wide variety of cold cuts. The waffle was excellent. Great place to unwind.
