"We stayed 2 nights at the Volcano View Villa & had a fantastic time. The villa is very spacious with two floors, nicely decorated, and offer a gorgeous view of the caldera. Convenient location to dining, shopping and transportation. The hotel staff is tremendously welcoming & make us feel at home. Overall a five-star experience. Will recommed to friends."

"The property was clean and tidy. Coming during off season the pool was drained and many of the resturants around the hotel were closed, so there was a bit of a walk to get to any food accommodations. But the staff was very kind and would provide their personal phone number if they were leaving the property for any amount of time. "

"Amazing hotel. Large and spacious room and balcony with private hottub. Staff were excellent - they brought our luggage in from the street and carried it up and down stairs for us, and the owner was lovely as well. Breakfast was served in the room and was generous and delicious. The annoying part was the multiple loud phone calls in the morning. We chose a breakfast time on the order slip, but they still called in the morning to confirm that they were bringing breakfast. We wanted to rest and...
