The restaurant was good but the wine options were limited- two or three of the wines were chose were unavailable. On one of our days the cleaning staff were very late servicing our room but the reception staff were helpful and we were compensated for our inconvenience. If I had known how lovely it was I would have returned a day earlier so we could spend another night in this wonderful hotel. It was tucked away on a small street in the Alfama neighborhood.
