"My stay at Ocean El Faro was great, I always love the Ocean chain of hotels. They have great amenities and a lot to do on property. My only complaint is the lengthy sales pitch to join membership, this I did not appreciate and the fact that they disguised it as you being offered a gift for celebrating a special occasion. They are too aggressive with the Lighthouse pitch, way too lengthy and heavy, no one wants to spend hours of their vacation listening to a sales pitch worst on a special occasion. Please do better where this is concerned, if the offer must be made, keep it very short so persons can get back to their vacation."

"Staff was super friendly. Ask for "Kessia" and she will take great care of you. The resort was well kept and very clean. I highly recommend if you are needing to get away and just relax. One last thing, if you have a big kid inside of you that needs to come out and just have fun...Venture over to their waterpark. Floating on the lazy river was a big hit! "
