"This is honestly the best resort I’ve stayed at so far. Don’t let some of the negative reviews scare you away.
One thing to know is that the restaurants operate on a rotating schedule, so some are open on certain days while others aren’t. My group of four (including my fiancée) actually loved this because it gave us a good variety of places to try throughout the trip.
The buffet was solid, about what you’d expect from an all-inclusive. It leans more toward American-style food, but there were plenty of options, and we always found something we enjoyed.
The pool and water park were fantastic, and we spent a lot of time there. The opening and closing times weren’t an issue for us at all. Even though it’s advertised as a family resort, we had an incredible time visiting with friends.
The entertainment was another highlight. The nightly shows and daily activities were genuinely fun, and there was always something going on. Our room was great, and housekeeping did an excellent job every day.
I’d also seen reviews claiming people had items stolen. Personally, I had no issues whatsoever, even when I accidentally left some of my belongings out. That said, it’s always smart to keep valuables with you no matter where you travel.
One of the most memorable parts of the trip was planning a romantic dinner where I proposed to my girlfriend. The staff went above and beyond—they decorated the setup beautifully, created a custom menu, and gave us with complimentary bottles of champagne!"
