Staff were incredible as was the hotel breakfast. Stunning set of buildings and great location. Some minor facilities could be inproved, but overall an amazing stay.

Great hostel/ hotel with a great terrace on the lake for unwinding. Friendly staff and Yury is great to chat and socialise with. Lots of rooms, I chose a basic single room with shared bathroom which was fine and comfortable enough with a small side view of the lake. And everything in Lagoa is close by, only a few mins walk to all the bars and restaurants. I would stay here again, and would love to come back to Floripa

Excellent stay for 2 days before our flight home. The staff were friendly and went the extra mile for us. The room was spacious and clean. Lovely breakfast!

The check-in staff were very helpful allowing us to check in early and were friendly and professional. Superb location right opposite a top notch Italian restaurant and only 20 mins to the airport. Highly recommended.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food is out of this world! The hotel is right on the beach!

Don Zepe Hotel is simple but very practical hotel to stay in Florianopolis. It is located at the heart of Lagos da Conceicao and it is close to the main bars and restaurants in this area. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly. So, I really recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a short stay in Florianopolis.

The Staff is always supportive and caring during the whole stay.

Excellent value for money right on the beach. Lovely roon with balcony and two comfy Queen Sized beds. Staff were friendly and helpful and had a good level of English. Breakfast also very good. Highly recommended
