"I love my stay at Mercure hotel "

"O hotel era limpo, bem agradável. O café da manhã bem simples, mas gostoso. Um bom custo benefício, mas tem melhores."

"Partially beach view. Some staff needs training,for instance the vallet park from the check in did not offer help with luggage,only left a small cart. Place is outdated. Wifi only worked poorlly on the seconda fay."

"The check in was complicated it took over 1hour to get inside the apartment. It was supposed to be 4 people and it was left 2 hand towels,the beds had missing pilow cases. Place is beautifully decorated, the hostes tried her best to accomodate. Some other guests complained about facial recognition app was not working properlly. For that part it caused a negative experience on the check in. "
