"The staff were very accommodating. That said, our room 341 was very basic with a big hole that I assume once housed a microwave. There was also a black stain or the colour was worn off the toilet seat. Not what you would expect for a hotel charging over $330 per night. Made you think “shabby”."

"It's been renovated and it's so nice. Super clean and located right on State Street. Parking is in the rear of the hotel, small bar near the lobby - I cannot recommend it enough."

"Great property for families, centrally located and overall wonderful experience. The resort is a little dated and could use a small facelift, but overall it was well maintained. My biggest gripe was that none of the ice makers around the property were working."
