The property is good. Rooms are spacious and staff is courteous. But during birthday party and functions, service to the guests staying in Radisson is not so effective. We faced this situation on 12th July during dinner. Suggest hotel to hire more staff when ever any such parties are being organized in the restaurant.

Check in not great as the card payment machine not functioning correctly so had to pay with cash. No toilet paper provided in bathroom for European travellers. However I did not request via room service. Therefore they may have provided on request. I just will never know.

Friendly and informative staff. Very accommodating for all requests. Beautiful peaceful setting. Good food options and lots to do within the hotel. Pool is also fantastic - just a little cold.

The service team in the hotel is one of the best - always courteous, professional and caring. If you’re going to Yercaud look no further. The entire team - restaurant managers, breakfast team, front desk and house keeping team made our stay very comfortable. Prabakaran in front desk and Sathyan in the Orange restaurant took special care for us. This is my second time here and the hotel only keeps improving.

Need to understand human physcology and design things, for example keeping a TV view perpendicular is not sensible. It need to be parallel. Provide shower not a bucket for bathing. When a customer pay 3k plus management need to look at this particulars. Appreciate the bed setup but not the quality of items used for bedding. I was happy with the customer service and the breakfast service. Keep up and improve on the human needs. Thanks.

It had a very calm, safe & clean atmosphere in & around the Hotel. Good Ambience & I had a comfortable stay. Lots of good Marts, fruit shops & Bakery outlets available around the hotel.
