"The staff was absolutely amazing. I was there this weekend for a concert and I got stuck in traffic and could not check in exactly at 3 o’clock so I called in a panic and they said no worries. A lot of people were calling and worried about that. They told me they would put a note in my reservation to let them know that I would be late and when I got there, they absolutely made sure I was well taken care of. "

"Upon arrival at the airport I was picked up by the friendly driver Ayauna! She was also the same driver that took me to where I was speaking the following day. The hotel is very clean and the bar was kind enough to take my order for a grilled cheese for dinner. Saturday night there were children running LATE into the evening on the 5th floor and the front desk promptly moved my room after the children continued running in the hallway after 10pm. I would stay here again, the staff is truly lovely. "

"We saw Billie Eilish at the Lenovo center and walked from the hotel. It’s an easy flat walk and you don’t have to deal with parking! Hotel lobby and outside is a little worn down, but the room was clean and smelled fresh. All staff we interacted with were professional and enthusiastic. We will definitely stay here the next time we see a concert in this area!"
