"I had a great stay at SpringHill Suites Charlotte. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. One thing I really appreciated was how quiet the hotel was. Since it's not located directly in the middle of the city, it offered a much more peaceful atmosphere while still being conveniently located. The bed was also very comfortable and made it easy to get a great night's sleep. Breakfast was good and had a decent variety, although I would have liked to see a few more vegetarian options available. The check out process was quick and hassle free, which made leaving for the airport very easy. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again when visiting Charlotte."

"The location is fantastic. On the river with a fantastic view of the Battleship North Carolina. Walking distance to shops, attractions and restaurants. The room was clean but I never had my room cleaned although I left most days and didn't come back until the end of the day. That was annoying. I had breakfast included and it was hit or miss. I ordered avocado toast and got untoasted bread with a brown avocado spread and undercooked eggs. I had an omelet that was oily. But some of the food was good. Staff was helpful and tried to address the issues. They were very professional."

"My daughter and I had a nice stay for two nights. Clean room, beds, and bathroom. The room included a microwave and mini fridge. The bathroom had a walk-in shower. The toilet was small and it was a little crammed in the bathroom, but we managed. This renovated motel is an unique find. It's two buildings; one directly on the beachfront and one just a walk to the beachfront. We stayed in the one from the beach. I highly recommend this motel for quick getaway to the beach."
