"Stayed here back in 2013 and was very excited to be in the area and able to stay here again. They’ve made some renovations since and it’s definitely updated, and a more boutique hotel vibe. So grateful they kept the library the same. That’s where they served breakfast which was simple but delicious, we got to enjoy it next to the fire place since it was chilly the morning we stayed. Every employee we encountered was so friendly and hospitable, they definitely went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. The grounds are quiet and there’s a pretty mountain road you drive up to reach the Inn. Close to downtown Blowing Rock, Boone and the south entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway. We can’t wait to come back up in the fall! "
