"Front desk staff extremely friendly & helpful. Service staff extremely rude. Needed towels. Told by front desk to sit towel & trash outside door. Went straight back to room as the housekeeper was next door. My wife stated she passed right by the room. When she asked for towels. The housekeeper refused. Totally ignored us & got on her phone to call someone. Had to go right back down the elevator to the front desk. Supervisor went back up with me. Instructed her to leave towels for us & pick up the trash. The interaction with this particular housekeeper made our stay very unpleasant."

"Beware! This hotel would not even check me in with a confirmed reservation. It’s the worst service I have ever experienced in over 30 years of hotel stays. The property is poorly maintained and public areas are visibly dirty. The staff are either poorly trained or underpaid, resulting in treating guests like trash. Find another hotel. Which is what I was forced to do late in the day when they reneged on their commitment to me."

"This hotel is bait and switch. They tell you through Expedia that they will reimburse you up to 24 hours of your stay and when you walk in, they have a sign on the counter saying they do not reimburse for third-party reservations and that means Expedia. The reason why they have this signage is because they know that when people check in, they will want to check out immediately. This is not a good hotel. The room smelled like smoke and everything seemed to be falling apart."
