"A lovely, relaxing, and very clean environment. Comfortable beds and attractive ambience and a nice selection broke the kitchen would highly recommend. Also a nice patio venue."
"The communication was great with staff, very clean place. We loved the balcony overlooking downtown. It is walkable to the bars on Glenwood Ave or Morgan St Food Hall. The only complaint I have is the bed, that is one of the hardest mattresses I’ve ever slept on, my back hurts!"

"Check in staff very accommodating and friendly.
Room great - very comfortable.
I got in later but was still able to grab dinner in the hotel and take it to my room.
Late check out was not a problem"
"Property appeared very new and updated, everything was very clean, staff was very helpful, they had their own parking, which was convenient, The shower was very nice and well designed, security was present, which made you feel safe, room, temperature, and air conditioning was great and very quiet.
Would like to see complementary coffee in the lobby, which is more convenient than going to the seventh floor or taking time to make our own in the room. Also, we really liked having parking on site, but we were not aware there was an additional upper deck that was available by going around the other end of the hotel. Lower level was tight parking for a truck/suv."
