"This property is quaint and ideally located for a holiday in the isle of Wight. The place is clean and the rooms with terraces are very pleasant to relax on. There is some signs of wear and tear but it's not distracting from the beauty of the surrounding area. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. ..."

"the hotel was deserted, no staff, the bar was shut, no entertainment, no breakfast,no evening meal if I wanted to book one,so all in all new year ruined. the phoned me and said the wanted to check my bank details because they were giving me a small refund but then took the full amount and no refund. ..."
