Our experience during the stay at the hotel was very comfortable, very good breakfast with so many items on board. Staff , and Managers had been very friendly, and caring. The security at the hotel was excellent. concierge services very good as had all the information we asked for.

Staff are standout, nicer and more welcoming and professional than all the 5 stars I’ve stayed at.

The decor and housekeeping are top notch .The breakfast and dinner served were tasty and deserve accolades, particularly the Diwani Mutton- a speciality...

Great location, excellent service, good food. What more does one want from a few days stay in Ahmedabad?

Not the biggest 5 star hotel in Ahmedabad but the best in terms of customer service. The service you receive from reception to restaurant to conceige is A1. Hyatt and Novotel might have more facilities but I prefer this hotel just cos they treat you as a valuable guest.
