"Very disappointing stay, especially for the price. We found a bug in the room which immediately raised serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. The room and service didn’t match what’s advertised, and overall the property feels poorly maintained. Breakfast was completely standard and nothing special. Most concerning is how misleading the online ratings are compared to the actual experience. This place is clearly overpriced for what you get. Would not recommend—there are far better options at this price point."

BE AWARE of fine print: they charge $17.50 per night for amenities (e.g., pool & parking) whether you use them or not. I was unhappy to find this out at check-in."

"For the price, this is a great deal for the area. It isn't high-end, but for that price, I would stay again. It is hidden behind a strip mall but that makes it feel more secure. Room was spotless with updated furnishings. Entire place was clean. They have coffee in room and in the lobby in the mornings. They have vending machines, but there are several decent restaurant and the best coffee shop I have ever been to just steps away. It is convenient to the 880 and a relatively short drive to locations in the south bay. Unfortunately, Bart is a mile away. I did not see a bus that comes by."
