"Service was excellent. I wish the standard pillows were feather free. Hosts provided feather free pillows and helped with removing the feathers from the room. The hotel is a noticeably older than other Hyatt house properties and the hallways are very long. It would be nice to not have carpet in the rooms."

"Reserved a room with 2 Queen beds as there were 4 adults staying in that room. When we arrived, our room had been given to someone else or the prior occupant stayed beyond planned. The night clerk gave us a second room instead because of the mistake. Overall stay was good, but this hotel has some serious deferred maintenance and updates that need to be made."
