From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay feel special. But what absolutely stole my heart was the Christmas décor. It was truly magical—like stepping straight into a holiday movie. Sparkling lights, stunning trees, festive details in every corner… it felt whimsical and full of joy. The atmosphere alone made our stay unforgettable. If you’re looking for a place that delivers both luxury and heartwarming holiday charm, this hotel is a dream. "We loved everything about this hotel! The location is perfect for a trip to the ballpark or Chase Center and it’s safe to walk to and from events there. Everything from parking to check-in to amenities was so easy and high tech (think robots delivering to your room). The property is very beautiful and stylish. It’s not a cookie-cutter hotel. And, most importantly, the staff and customer service was top notch! Can’t recommend this place enough and for sure will be back. Don’t think twice!"
