Really nice staff upon entry and exit of the hotel, warm and friendly. Lovely big comfy bed and we enjoyed the bar downstairs before going out. Would stay here again.

Reception staff was awesome and friendly.
Room was good condition. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was decent but I'm picky with food. I would stay here again.
Lots of restaurants within walking distance.
Freeway 10 around the corner. You must go and eat at IN & OUT BURGERS.

GOOD - Clean and modern, good value, better budget breakfast than elsewhere including fresh burritos on this occasion.
LESS GOOD - reception often unmanned, no prices shown in the shop.

Great place for a good price, would definitely stay again if in the area. Good service, clean and comfortable room. Good basic breakfast. Very comfortable bed.
Only slight concern is that there were tents with homeless people outside the property, but we got there late so didn't see out the window until the next day so didn't bother us.

Hotel was lovely, staff were very nice. We did however have a room full of people above us who were partying until 3am. The hotel staff did call then for us at 1am but it did not stop and then we had to complain again and they sent security at 3am. It tainted our stay but not really the hotels fault.

From the initial excellent welcoming cookie and conversation to the final farewell after a great breakfast, this was what a hotel stay should be. Nothing was too much trouble, the room was great. If I say the only problem was trying to find the Olympic coverage on the TV in our room, I think you get the idea. I wish our stay could have been longer.

Hotel and staff were nice. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain and the faucet was wobbly. I was on the 4th floor and could clearly hear 4 guys talking in the parking lot. The windows were obviously cheap if they couldn't block or mute people talking.
