It’s a huge resort , a bit dated now. All staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner buffet is very good, lots of options, plentiful fresh. Not much English spoken here. Right on the lovely beach, lots of restaurants close by.

Nice resort. Very friendly and helpful staff and beautiful location. Lovely pools and beach area. Gym needs a major improvement , the equipment is extremely old and a bit gross, I’m sorry to say!

Wonderful stay at beautiful tivoli

Had an amazing stay as a couple at Tivoli resort for a two day break en route to a wedding in Praia de forte. The room was incredibly comfortable, good AC and we had a convenient location to the beach, pools and restaurants. The internet was the only thing that was not good - even in our room - it was a little hard to be connected. the service was great across the board. Worth noting that the main food location was a buffet - but was delicious, particularly breakfast. We only ate dinner one night.

The resort is nice, great swimming pools and nice staff. It was winter time, the hotel was empty (around 30% of occupation). It was strongly raining on our last day. With a night flight, the reception had a completely lack of customer orientation. We stayed more than 4 hours on the wet and cold reception, without any drink offering. It was really disappointing for such a hotel.

The staff was amazing and sincerely nice. The property is noticeably old in construction. A portion of the flooring is slippery when wet because it is tile flooring. Other areas have a more of a stone/clay like non-slip flooring. I was a solo traveler and it is about a 15min. walk up to the local town with more affordable shopping and better restaurants than the ones provided by this resort. In addition, it's great being immersed within the vibe of the local community. It was a big disappointment when I was told I had to wear a shirt with sleeves to dinner at the resort, as I had no idea there was a "dress code" and considering how much money you will pay per night to stay here, I should be able to eat at a beach resort, with a tank top on. Needless to stay during my 3-nights here, I only ate dinner once on site and it really wasn't excellent and it doesn't start until 7pm. There are security cameras everywhere, which was a bit creepy. In addition, they have security guards in the beach area too. I can't recommend this resort to any solo travelers. You will have a more enjoyable, affordable and comfortable stay at a pousada in the village. If you have a family and kids, which is what I saw more of and older couples (60yrs. ) then you'll probably enjoy this place.

Resort acima da média!

Em geral, não gosto de resort pela bagunça, mas este não é caótico, as pessoas ficam dispersas e o atendimento é rápido e atencioso. Ótimas instalações, quarto moderno, espaçoso e equipado. Para crianças é perfeito, minha filha amou o teatro todas as noites e o serviço de babá é um grande diferencial para os pais! Ela aproveitou e nós também! Muito próximo a aldeia, comida boa e diversificada, spa bem legal. Pontos de melhoria: a única piscina aquecida é infantil, as piscinas de adulto estavam muito frias. O cardápio, fora das refeições inclusas, é muito caro.

Uma estadia maravilhosa

Achamos as instalações bastante confortáveis e apreciamos a natureza exuberante do entorno. Foi importante podermos usar o transporte nos carrinhos de golf, porque as distancias são bem grandes. Merece um destaque especial a gentileza dos funcionários, a começar pelo atendimento previo, por email, feito pela Lilian. Durante a nossa estadia, desde o check-in à arrumação do quarto, passando pelos condutores dos carrinhos - todos sempre foram muito eficientes e solicitos. O café da manhã esteve perfeito todos os dias, com inumeras opções, deliciosas. Valorizamos tambem o atendimento cuidadoso no clube infantil, onde encontramos atividades interessantes para um menino de dez anos, com destaque para o treino de futebol e o mini golfe.

Ótimo atendimento, comida boa e farta, atendimento no check in excelente pelo KLEBER, destaque tb para Tatiany e jeiza, super atenciosas, e cuidadosas com o hóspede. Porém algumas partes do hotel estão um pouco velhas, precisando de manutenção . Uma sugestão : depois que o atendente faz o pedido( no restaurante, ou na piscina ), ao final, seria bom ele trazer a notinha para podermos conferir o que foi gasto naquela ocasião, pois se deixarmos para conferir apenas no check out, nem sempre nos lembramos de td que foi consumido.

Vários pontos positivos. Estrutura e atendimento excelentes. Muitos funcionários à disposição durante toda a estadia. Quarto família bastante espaçoso e confortável. Staff atencioso durante a hospedagem. Alguns pontos negativos: o quarto tinha um pouco de cheiro de mofo (tinha bastante mofo na porta do banheiro); no checkout, o consumo não é detalhado e a gente fica sem saber o que consumiu (só havia o valor total de restaurante X), e na hora de lançar o pedido o funcionário não te mostra o que registrou; não há avisos de não fumar perto das áreas de alimentação, como no café da manhã - estava gestante, saindo com meus filhos pequenos do café e tivemos que passar por uma nuvem de fumaça de cigarro logo pela porta do local.
