Pousada com excelente estrutura. Piscina, salão de jogos, parque para crianças, campo de futebol, excelente café da manhã. Porém, precisa urgentemente revisar o isolamento acústico dos quartos. As acomodações são em casinhas divididas em 4 quartos que são separados por portas trancadas. Dava pra ouvir quando o casal do quarto ao lado ligava o ar condicionado, conversava (entendia o teor da conversa com nitidez), imagine outras coisas. Precisam melhorar isso urgentemente.

Para ficar bom precisa melhorar muito

Fiz a reserva na Pousada para uma família, clientes da minha agência. Eles me relataram, pontos positivos, a simpatia dos funcionários e eficiência para resolver problema causado pelo mal funcionamento do ar condicionado, fazendo reacomodação de quartos. Pontos negativos, áreas comuns sem manutenção, sem sinal de limpeza recente, piscina imprópria para uso, sem piscina coberta, sem recreação, sem clube infantil, não condizentes com as facilidades que a acomodação descreve oferecer. Wi-Fi não funciona nos quartos e o café da manhã com pouca variedade. E para completar, uma banana dos hóspedes foi consumida na acomodação por algum bicho. Para ficar bom precisa melhorar muito. Infelizmente não poderei recomendar a outros clientes.

Passei três dias incríveis na Pousada Bichelenga, em Mata de São João, e só tenho elogios a fazer! Desde o momento da chegada, fui recebido com muita cordialidade pela equipe, que sempre esteve pronta para atender com simpatia e atenção. A estrutura da pousada é excelente, com um ambiente aconchegante e bem cuidado. A piscina é perfeita para relaxar, e os espaços ao ar livre proporcionam uma conexão única com a natureza. Além disso, o café da manhã é delicioso e variado, sempre com opções frescas e saborosas. A localização também é um grande diferencial, permitindo fácil acesso às praias e atrações da região. O local é excelente. As acomodações são ótimas. O chuveiro do apartamento é que poderia ser melhorado; visto que a água é aquecida por aquecedor solar, poderia colocar um misturador, pois tem duas transmissão e viva difícil acertar a temperatura ideal. O café da manhã é top. O atendimento na recepção é excelente. Atendentes muito amistosas e agradáveis; não é aquele pessoal sério que parece um robô.
