Our overall experience was unfortunately disappointing. The positives: beautiful location, nice pool area, excellent natural surroundings and beach. Language barrier: Very few staff members spoke English, which made communication unnecessarily difficult. We do not expect every staff member in Brazil to speak English, but at least the front desk. Need of renovation: e.g., broken windows, shower fixture was completely rusted. Similar signs of wear and lack of maintenance were noticeable in multiple areas. Food: wide selection, but the variety nearly identical every day. Dishes were consistently cold or only lukewarm, and most of the food tasted dry and unappealing. Worst coffee we have ever had. We were so dissatisfied with the food overall that by the third day, we were already looking forward to finally having a proper, enjoyable meal at the airport after departure. Service in general also fell short of expectations. Requests were only fulfilled after repeated reminders e.g., when we needed a bottle of water. In many cases, we had to follow up multiple times or eventually get what we needed ourselves.

Funcionários atenciosos, quartos limpos, café da manhã excelente, restaurantes ótimos, bebidas diversas de qualidades, petiscos a vontade e shows musical maravilhosos no salão principal. Quero registrar, que reservamos dois quartos para minha família e tivemos o constante apoio do Gerente Evaldo, quando se tratava de utilização dos restaurantes do Resort, da mesma forma, aconteceu com atendente Juliana, portanto, agradeço aos dois funcionários o tratamento dado nos três dias de hospedagem. Complementando, é a segunda vez que hospedamos no Palladium e não hesitariamos em hospedar novamente.

O resort caiu um pouco em qualidade, mas continua servindo um bom atendimento. O restaurante japonês foi maravilhoso. O atendimento de Luana foi incrível. Caso queiram beber Heineken, levem seus copos Stanley ou então um que comporte o volume total de uma lata, pois vc não pode sair com a lata do bar ao lado da piscina e nem eles tem copo com tamanho suficiente para uma lata. Não sei quem foi o capitalista inteligente que passou essa ordem aos funcionários. E não era pq a pessoa poderia levar as latas pra casa, pq mesmo com a lata aberta, vc não pode sair do bar com ela em mãos. Regra ridícula. Mas, no conjunto da obra o Resort continua bom

Encontrado no quarto 2 dias seguidos lagartixa. Precisou reclamar para arrumar o quarto e repor o frigobar. Ficou 1 dia sem o quarto ser higienizado. Essa é a 3 vez que me hospedo nesse hotel e fiquei decepcionada em todos os sentidos, comparada as outras 2 vezes. Sentir grande diferença nas refeições em termo de variedade e qualidade dos alimentos.

Estivemos em lua de mel no Grand Palladium e a experiência foi muito boa. A concierge Juliana foi de uma atenção ímpar conosco, ajudando a fazer as reservas nos restaurantes e tirando todas as nossas dúvidas. Fomos muito bem atendidos por toda a equipe, e o quarto estava em excelentes condições. Conseguimos aproveitar bastante esses dias, alternando entre a praia e a piscina.

Quarto confortável, equipe atenciosa, em especial a educação e atenção de Juliana Ferreira para conosco. Refeições com muitas variedades e restaurantes temáticos bons. Já me hospedei várias vezes no Grand Palladium e sempre vale a pena. Em relação aos restaurantes temáticos achei o Poseidon, rodízio de frutos do mar, um pouco fraco, poderia ter mais opções. Local tranquilo e ótimo para descansar e relaxar.
