The 1st room I was in had a damp smell..Room was clean but very run down.I upgraded the nect day and the suite was in better condtion.Front desk has a wonderful helpful female English speaket. Water was not hot...lukewarm at best. Food was ok. Price reasonable for hotel deficiencies

Lovely place, awesome attentive staff and 3 meals per day are freshly prepared buffet style. The grounds are meticulous with many walkways through the foliage and its many wild birds on the way to the beach. The beach is tended by the local fishermen and there are guard stands all along the length of the beach cycle path. I felt very safe and it was a calm and peaceful experience. I highly recommend this for nomads, couples and families. The property itself is spacious, wide tiled corridors, large rooms with a veranda balcony and hammock. The hammock relieved all my tech and luggage pulling aches. I came for carnival but stayed for the peace. I didn’t even leave the premises because it was what I needed most: a serene and necessary recharge.

Bahia Plaza Resort

The hotel is somewhat secluded set within private grounds within the vicinity of a number if very expensive houses. It's boasts a modern gym and private beach; if you are looking for relaxation or a retreat from the hustle and bustle of work life, then this is the place. The staff were were excellent; look out for Ray in reception - he was very helpful. The only critisism is that the wifi is very poor in the rooms. I had to come down to the main reception area just to get a good reception.

O hotel é antigo,mas é limpo e tem uma equipe impecável, a piscina é excelente e a praia é um presente ideal para relaxar e fugir das praias cheias e barulhentas de salvador.O serviço de quarto é muito bom, com preços ótimos. Os únicos pontos de melhoria é que o café da manhã precisa de mais opções principalmente salgadas e as camas não são tão confortáveis. Ressalto ainda que o jantar foi maravilhoso várias opções e ainda tinha sobremesa inclusa. Sem dúvidas esse hotel é um refúgio para descanso, voltarei em breve.
