"Not much to choose from ,like hot breakfast"

"The property was run down, but they were clearly in the process of renovating. There were signs stating that there would be construction noise 8am-6pm. Not a problem. The room was clean, and decently appointed. The lighting is mismatched and some bulbs are bright white and hard on the eyes. Empty tissue box, but whatever. The issue is that the elevator has a sign saying do not go to the 4th floor because it’s under construction. My room was on the 3rd floor. I’m not sure why it was so critical for the room directly above me to have work done in the middle of the night! I’m talking power tools after midnight!! And when I told the front desk, she said she would “definitely be talking to them” about it!! There was a lot of movement on my floor and I was not comfortable leaving my room. Turns out that this hotel is not in the best spot. It’s set way back and the parking lot is dimly lit and a little creepy. Anyway, the people who work there are actually very nice, so it’s not like I was mistreated or anything, but there didn’t seem to be a lot of people staying there, so maybe don’t use power tools in the middle of the night above one of the few occupied rooms!!!!!!!"

"The hotel seems to be a renovated old inn. The room was spacious, the bedding was clean, and the amenities were quite nice. However, there were a few significant downsides: Cleanliness: The bathroom cleaning was subpar and could have been much better. Noise: The soundproofing was very poor. I could clearly hear people talking and doors slamming in other rooms, which made it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. Breakfast: Unlike other Best Western hotels that offer a full breakfast buffet, this location only provided a coupon for Denny’s. Having experienced much better breakfasts at other branches, this was quite disappointing. While there were some positives, the lack of quiet and the breakfast situation make it hard for me to choose this place again for my next stay."

"There are hotels that claim to be classy and exclusive, and there are hotels that are top notch 5 star quality this Doubletree Hilton is,, and I stayed across the street at the competitors but there is no comparison."

"Pool/spa area is open until midnight. Kids screaming, running in haul ways and slamming doors. No apparent attempt at controlling them, even after what I know were multiple calls to the front desk to complain."
