"This place is outdated and the rooms are poorly maintained. Room smelled very strong of cigarettes. There were no batteries in the TV remote. Found long curly hair in the sheets of both beds, and in the shower and stuck to the shower curtain. Shower curtain was also badly stained with hair dye. The rooms are not cleaned very well. I even found a switchblade style knife next to the bed, clearly left from a previous guest."

"Room was clean, modern, with a lot of stuff in the mini bar, including snacks and more. The restaurant was OK, breakfast was really good. Location is not the best in a way that it is in the middle of an industrial area, and you need a car to go anywhere. Hi way is next to it, and there is a Tim Hortons next door. Would I come back? Yes."

"Hotel location is convenient, walking distance to stores and restaurants. The only concerns is parking. Parking is not the same location where the hotel is but across the street, underground, although it’s not that much for a walk. Overall, I recommend this hotel 100%"

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4.5) – Amazing location, great stay… but the bed needs help This Sheraton really delivers on location—you’re within walking distance of tons of restaurants, grocery stores, and all kinds of shops, which made everything super convenient. We stayed as a couple, but it’s definitely a spot that would work just as well for families. There’s plenty nearby to keep kids entertained, and the overall setup feels very accessible and easy. The hotel itself was very clean and thoughtfully maintained, and the staff were genuinely great—friendly, helpful, and efficient without feeling over the top. Parking was also a huge bonus, with both outdoor and underground options included. The room was quiet, which made a big difference for a good night’s rest. The view was pretty standard (nothing special), but not a drawback. The shower had great water pressure, though the temperature was a bit finicky—it would run too hot at times and took some adjusting. The biggest downside for us was the bed. It felt soft and cozy at first, but within an hour we were tossing and turning due to lack of support. If you prefer a firmer mattress, this could be an issue. For others, it might not be a deal breaker, but for us, it was noticeable enough that we were glad we only stayed one night. Overall, this is a really solid hotel with great service, cleanliness, and an unbeatable location. If the mattress situation were improved, it would easily be a top tier choice. "

"The restaurant closes too early for dinner. We checked in hotel at 8:35pm ish, front desk didn't tell use restaurant will close at 9pm. We got down to lobby after put baggage into room, arrived at restaurant at 8:58pm, and we were told restaurant closed. We said it was not 9pm yet, waitresses checked with Chef, chef said closed. That was disappointing. Ended up, we had some snacks. But waitresses were super nice and helpful."
