"Breakfast was OK but nothing to write home about. Typical selection of average breads, pastries eggs and cereal. "

"Breakfast is useless! No hot items available except a water mixed pancake powder and waffle maker! Everything else is cold (butter, jam, fruits). No eggs or sausage/bacon/ham or potatoes! Room equipment is ridiculous: no boiler or coffee maker and no Iron. I asked for iron from front desk and they gave me a burnt surface old iron to use. Don't ask for water bottles. They have it in the vending machine for $1.75 each! Half of the staff speak absolutely no English (I understand I was in Quebec, but this is a hotel hosting guests from everywhere). Very old building (no sound isolation from other rooms). Bathroom was too small with no countertop for hygiene stuff. The only good comment: they do room service everyday. "

"This is the second time that our TV was not working in our room. There were no live outlets beside the bed and we plugged our phones to charge in the bathroom. Hot and cold water control in shower was not working either as we go cold or scolding hot, nothing in between. Not up to standard for a Sheridan"
