"We enjoyed our stay here -3 nights. The staff were very helpful. We stayed in Delux Harbour view room Lvl 23. Nice and roomy, clean and quiet and at a good price too. The area was very busy with lots of chinese businesses and this made the area quite interesting. The main Road outside was part of the tram route east-west excellent system to get to other shopping districts and really cheap."

"Truly enjoyed our five day stay at the Royal Plaza. Rare service gems in hospitality made our moments memorable. Greetings at curbside matched the super friendly bag attendants. Check-in by Catherine was gracious and impeccable. Manager Terry went above and beyond to bring us an unforgettable moment to start our stay. He listened to my concern and moved our room without hesitation. We were impressed by his highly coordinated team working to relocate us for our stay. Facilities engineering should be applauded for their responsiveness and cleanliness. Minor toilet issue was resolved within 15 minutes upon contact. Contactless key cover for room door was found on the floor and repaired immediately. Super convenient hotel located above MTR station and MOKO mall. Gym, sauna (dry and steam), swimming pool, and hot tub makes the Royal Plaza a highly recommended stay in the future for family and friends. No laundry on premise, but Sunshine Laundry Service is affordable and nearby."

"I appreciated the early check-in and being given a lovely room with Harbour views. The staff was excellent. Queenie, the receptionist was wonderful and so was the house cleaning staff. The location was very convenient with a lovely walk along the promenade to some of the main attractions. The pool was very nice, but unfortunately, it was always crowded with lots of kids."
