"My daughter and I needed a last-minute room and we we're working with a small budget. We booked the room last minute. When I showed up the woman working at the front desk was very pleasant. She inquired as to why we were there when I told her it was for a tournament she wished my daughter good luck. Knowing it was just my daughter and I, they said she would give us the room closest to the office. The room was very clean and it made us smile to see swan's made out of towels resting on the bed. When we needed 15 extra minutes in the morning we were told it would be absolutely no problem. I must say we were so happy with our room and the whole experience!"

We were informed at check-in that the elevator was out of order, and our original room was upstairs, which was not accessible for someone in our group. We were moved to a first-floor room, but the pull-out couch was missing sheets and blankets. The room was also missing basic items like a phone, clock, hangers, and bathroom cups. The handicapped parking space had not been plowed after the recent snowstorm, and there was dog waste nearby. Housekeeping did not service the room during our two-night stay, and the TV required repeated resetting to work. Overall, while the staff was polite, the stay was disappointing due to these issues."
