An absolutely incredible property in Hakone. We couldn’t imagine a better experience in the area. Staff was very welcoming and inviting upon arrival, and the general ambiance in the lobby gave us a sense of relaxation immediately. Richmond Hotel Yokohama Ekimae
Location is excellent! Close to shops and main train stations for all the train lines. The Staff are very friendly and attentive. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel. If I have a chance to visit Yokohama, I’ll definitely book a room again. Thank you for your hard work and hospitality.
