Hotel Guests had free access to the Onsen next door and had an enclosed walkway for access. "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The first morning we woke up and peeled back our curtain, Mount Fuji was in full view. It was spectacular. It was also serene to enjoy the view from our private open air bath. The breakfast was fantastic with so many options, and dinner was beautifully played. The staff was very kind and welcoming — we were initially worried because we mentioned that my husband has celiac disease and cannot eat gluten, and they seemed unwilling to accommodate. But, once we were there, they made sure to review with him what he could eat — it was likely just a language barrier and misunderstanding of his restrictions. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to Kawafuchiko station, which is helpful if you want to explore the lake and when you are ready to leave town. "
