"Both of Our roomS were run down with a shower that barely worked ( and had cement on the top ) , sink filled up with water, hot water was really lukewarm at best. One of our 2 rooms did not even have a working lock on the main door!! AC was actually on but the control unit on wall was not working so we could not turn it down. "great service, excellent food. Certain areas are a bit tired but would certainly stay here again"

"The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Room was very large and clean and beds were comfortable. We had a nice stay and it is very close to the Ghats and evening ceremony."

Then, he returned 10 minutes later and came into my room again. Safe to say I did not...
