This hotel is exceptional, but not in a way that will appeal to people searching a typical 5 star hotel. Its exquisite interiors and discrete service sweeps you away to a luxurious palace not seemingly routed in contemporary time. Rarely has perfection appeared so effortless and yet so ethereal.

This was my third time visiting Marrakech and second time staying in the Four Seasons. I decided to come back because this place offers unparalleled service. The staff are very nice, always smiling and very attentive (they even clean your sunglasses by the pool). They make you feel like you own the place. The resort is full of palm trees, has a tennis court, a nice gym and great pool. The Premium rooms have great balconies with a view of the Atlas Mountains. Nothing compares to having your...

We wanted relaxing, high standard accommodation with a Moroccan feel. This is exactly what we found. The Riad had good space, a beautiful pool area, high standard room with character, a good pool, good restaurant and staff that could not do enough to make our staff comfortable. We were accompanied by our 21/22 year old children who also found the Riad a great experience. The location was a 15 minute walk to the centre of the Medina or a short, well priced taxi ride. We were very pleased that we...

Week trip for mother & teenage daughter: The owners & staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Hotel was amazing. Such a contrast between hassle & bustle of city and peace & calm of hotel, both equally enjoyable. Meals, both in restaurant and room, were all scrumptious. Hamman and massage totally relaxing. Daily transport to & from hotel surprisingly easy. Classic room generous, comfortable and cool with large balcony. The generally feeling of the hotel and gardens was also spacious and...

Beautiful traditional riyad. A calm and relaxing haven as a retreat from the hustle and bustle of the Medina of Marrakech. The staff are very attentative and helpful, very good with information and help with arranging excursions. Breakfast is good and prepared personally for you (not help your self style). The spa is lovely and the hammem treatments are excellent. Leaves your skin beautifully soft and the massages are very good, delivered by professional therapists. The hotel complementary...

Riad Kaiss is an architectural and design gem. It was like a feast for the senses. You open an ancient door in a narrow street and you step into a magical courtyard. Fountains, palm trees, glorious tile work, beautiful alcoves invite you to relax among the cushions. It's like being in a wonderful dream. Our room and bathroom were delightful. I loved just hanging out in this ancient riad when it was hot. The interiors are cool and relaxing. It's very old and has been lovingly restored, with...

Amazing style. Attention to detail, incredible comfort, award winning food, multilingual staff, boutique (7 rooms) quiet, fantastic service, in the heart of the Medina, feels like a grand house of your own. Assistance booking trips, outings, pick up from airport. Best hotel manager ever, young, French, charming, efficient woman called Karine.

From being picked up from the airport the Es Saadi Palace staff could not do enough for us. It is a very calm peaceful hotel away from the madness of the hub of Marrakesh....only a 10 minute taxi ride £4 although our first night £10 (think we must have been tired!) Food is excellent although a little pricey. Towels changed daily & sometimes twice (a little much) fresh roses in our room.
A beautiful cake & candles were in our room on our birthday total surprise as we had told no one!!

As soon as I booked with Free People Riad and Spa I had an incredible experience! They organised my airport transfer which was really helpful. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the owner Pilar made you feel like it was your home too! The place was absolutely spotless and my room was gorgeous I didn’t want to leave. Location is also really great, I ended up walking to each of the tourist spots which were no more than 10-25mins walk and was fun to explore all the streets and shops on the...

Wonderful Riad.
Muhammed and the team were fantastic, check in was very good, a very warm welcome with a comfy seat, mint tea and talk through the brochure followed by a quick tour of the Riad and its facilities.
The room was perfect with very efficient air conditioning which was very welcome after a long day out.
Breakfast was perfect with great coffee.
The evening meal, wow, the best tagine we have ever had, we ate out the other nights and paid a lot more for not as nice.

Excellent resort family friendly with customer first attitude.
Fiona was excellent and attentive to our needs. Hisham and Amin, our butler were always there when we needed them. The mandarin pool villa is beautifully designed and the gardens outside the villa are like your in Paradise. Perfect location for medina and the airport. Highly recommend this place.

We were delighted with this hotel. It was beautifully decorated, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, the food was wonderful, the spa luxurious. There was nothing not to like and we will definitely be returning at some point.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Fairmont. The hotel is beautiful and our room was lovely, very spacious, comfortable and luxurious. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bedsheets were so soft, which made it feel even more luxurious.
The food was also really nice and overall we had a wonderful stay.
The only downside is that the drinks are quite expensive. For example, a gin and tonic is around £15, so you’re really looking at London prices.
I was also very surprised by the...
