"Not what we expected. Property condition is not as nice as the photos. The hotel does not provide any hand soap, we had to buy some. First time ever we had to buy hand soap when staying at a hotel. Our room overlooked a large cemetery which was on the quieter side which we requested. Not too pleasant to view a cemetery though. "

"Staff at the front desk were courteous. But certain staff coming to check the shower faucet had an attitude. Unclear instruction on wall switches on “do not disturb “ or “room service request”."

"The hotel provides me early check in and late check out. The only item that can be improved in the room is the lightning. It is very dim in the computer desk area. Very difficult to read or see the documents in that section. The rest part of the room is perfect and newly refurbished. Very functionable and efficient"

"Very close to food, shopping, parks, and horse racing. Staff is friendly and welcoming and the facility is clean. Bedroom had plenty of space."
