"If you’re a family on a budget this place is brilliant!! Sure the place is a bit run down, but for a very modest amount you get a resort holiday with buffet breakfast. The kids adored it and I was the most relaxed I’ve been all summer. Special thanks to Tania and her family in the restaurant for giving such great local advice on swimming holes and wineries. "

"Spotless room. Amazing location with views you’d never tire of There was an issue with our room and it was sorted immediately You do need to self cater as the tea room has very limited opening hours. However, the lodges are well equipped to do so"

"Close to everything, peaceful, clean and cosy. Bring something warm, it gets cold , even in late December. People are friendly, art gallery is very nice. Bed is awesomely comfortable. Overall 9 out of 10!"

"This is our second stay….we love this property…very quaint and handy to do hikes in scenic rim area. A lot of different room configurations so it’s great for couples, or a large group could book the whole venue. Stu made us very welcome and went out of his way to have breakfast ready for us to take on our early departure. Thank you. We’ll be back "
