"Gorgeous view of the beach. The room was very clean and I would definitely stay there again. I dislike paying $10 a day to park on the parking lot. Don't understand why. It is a bit much paying the amount for the room and a parking fee."

"We loved the ocean view! Check-in was quick and easy, staff friendly. Indoor pool temperature was on the cool side. The Java Cafe was the only place open (6:00 AM) for early coffee and breakfast items, coffee creamer old and mild curdling in the hot coffee. No breakfast sandwiches offered until 7:30 Muffins were not fresh. Housekeeping did not clean our room on Sunday (we weren't checking out til Monday). We were given fresh towels from the hallway cart. I realize most hotels and businesses struggle with seasonal staff and the event at the convention center had alot of people in the area early in the season (late April)."

"We stayed at Park Pace Hotel just before the tourist season started. The property is bright and cheerful and well maintained. The room was lovely, clean and well appointed. We had a balcony room overlooking the beach and boardwalk. The staff was welcoming and cheerful. We especially appreciated the wonderful towel animals that had been laid out in our room. We had a wonderful stay and will stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"This is an older property that could use a few minor repairs but overall is still in good shape and is kept clean by attentive staff. The breakfast buffet was okay, nothing special but saved us time and money going out somewhere else. The cookies in the evening are a nice touch and tasty! They were replacing several noisy AC units while we were there so they are making some upgrades. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful."

"Very clean room. Staff was couteous and helpful. Hot tub is outside and not available off season. That would have been nice to know ahead of time. Breakfast is continental, no protein beyond milk and yogurt."
