"This was my 3rd stay at this resort, and once again, it did not disappoint!! My granddaughters loved the arcades, pool & ice skating. The staff at the resort are amazing - nothing is too much to ask. Our hairdryer didn’t work - they came right up and replaced it. We got locked out of our room - they graciously gave us a new one. These are just a couple examples of the amazing hospitality demonstrated by the staff!!"

"The people that work here are very pleasant and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was definitely not the star of the show but that’s ok. Our only complaint is that the people on the floor above us sucked at life and were making a lot of noise till nearly midnight and we had to address this both nights they were there. "

"The property was good. The stay was good but had to call to get towels and wash rags for the day. But from Expedia setting up my stay,I had to pay for my visit when I got there And had to pay 10 dollar a day extra to park a day .. that wasn't cool at all. If I paid directly to hotel , i wouldn't had to pay that extra $70. "
