Brilliantly nice environment

Nice condition hotel with lots of restaurants and bars close by. Not really a destination hotel though

Useful shuttle service to get around with friendly drivers. Front desk competence is woeful, especially compared to the other Embassy suites hotel 10mins away.

Nice clean hotel shame its a little out the way to the city but to be truthfull a $7 uber gets you to downtown best sleep ive had in a room in a very long time emaculatly clean in every department good breakfast to start the day and off st parking for your convieniance as well

Sofia on recepton was extremely helpful and very kind Upon arriving home I called as I thought I had lost some property and she was very helpful. Fortunately I found the items shortly afterward, they had fallen behind my dressing ttable. I recalled the hotel to inform them I had found them and apologised for the disturbance.

Great location and very nice rooms

This was our second stay at Residence Inn Houston this summer. We returned to this hotel because it ticked all the boxes. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable (apart from the sofa). The bed was particularly comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and shower pure delight. We also enjoyed having a kitchenette with cooking facilities and fridge freezer which gave us the choice to eat in or to eat out and unlimited coffee/tea.
