We stayed for one night on our way to Nashville from Virginia. We arrived late and check-in was easy and the guy on reception was very helpful. The room was spacious and mostly clean, although the carpet was rather dusty in places and one of the two beds had a cigarette burn in the blanket (we used the other bed!) The first morning after our stay, no one came in to make up our bed or give fresh towels. We had to ask for towels and got bath and wash cloths only. We were told room was not made up because they did early sweep and sign was on the door. We had sign of at 9 am, they never came back to make up the room at all. We returned at 9 pm

We booked this hotel with low expectations. We were wrong. This hotel was awesome before we even got there. It was the night before the solar eclipse. We had booked but not paid and we were arriving really late. I expect they could have let our room multiple times over before we got there but they didn't.

Had 1st floor room, went for swim & used Hot Tub - all excellent. Staff very helpful & told us a good place to eat - Bradley's Bar - b - cue.Stayed one night as part of longer road trip in US.Near Lost Sea Adventure - nothing to rave over - felt sorry for the poor trout who are kept in artificial surroundings!!
