"We really enjoyed our stay. The place is unique, creative, clean and relaxing. The staff exceeded our expectations. Makita at the front desk was exceptional to us because she is also a student at UTC, offering us great information about the school and area. The only issue we had was the fire alarm going off daily because there is no exhaust in the bathroom. Maintenance came quickly but perhaps an exhaust system can be a way to prevent this in the future. The pool, restaurant and facility is absolutely amazing and we will definitely stay there again!"

"Good price point for an overnight stop. Room was big and freshly updated. Counter is super small in the bathroom if that matters to you. Breakfast was pretty much non existent but it’s what I expected for a super 8 breakfast. We would stay again for a stop though hotel location."

"The entire second floor hallway smells like garbage and diapers. The A/C in the room took 12 hours to cool the room from 78° to 71° in a 300 sq foot room probably the worst sleep Ive gotten not to mention one of the blankets had a dried old blood strain on it and to request new blankets. After mentioning these the staff just shrugged it off. The new name of this chain my family is now La Funkta due to the smell. Book somewhere else ...."

"This is the first review I have ever left that I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I travel to Chattanooga frequently and have always stayed at hotels on the outskirts of Chattanooga. Drury was actually recommended by a friend, and I will say that this is the only place I will ever stay in Chattanooga again. It is one of the more expensive places to stay but it is worth the extra few dollars. Their evening dinner appetizers and drinks which are complimentary are not just good, but fantastic. Don't skimp. Stay here. You will not regret it."

"Obtained a handicap room for an 80-year-old traveler, the bathroom did not have a walk-in shower, it had a 28' step over tub for which she could not use. Absolutely a joke. The fire door to the second-floor steps was left open after repeated attempts to tell them it needs to be closed. It's a fire door. to stop the fire from leaving the floor. The back door requiring a card to enter would not shut automatically, this another security breach."
